Jacob being there doesn't mean it's not in 2007. It could easily be an apparition.
Besides, do you really think it's that easy to get rid of Jacob? I've said it once, and I'll say it again. "Dead is Dead" applies to everyone but Jacob and MIB.

New spoiler on Darkufo confirms that they are all in 2007. Now I'm wondering if they flashed there together OR if Hurley and Jack stayed in 77' not aging. No sign of Jin yet, I hope he is not dead. Sawyer seems to be with Flocke.

Yeah, it certainly seems like it. Given the fact Richard comes back with 77ers, it's certain that the Temple action takes place in the present. Sounds great to me.

Well it's quite possible Jacob is only having his conversations with Hurley, and Hurley is relaying relevent information to the rest of them. I don't expect to see Jacob apparitions unless they are a trick by smokey/MIB. Miles could also read Jacobs memories, but Hurley is the only one I could imagine having a conversation with him.
