Default Who Time Travels from 77'

OK, I just saw a spoiler that said Miles was with Sun, Lapidus etc. So he obviously time traveled to the present. Jack and Hurley are meeting up with Jacob and some pirates at the temple. Flock or locke not sure and Sawyer have been seen with new badass claire (in the present?) I havent heard about Kate yet, maybe she is with sawyer. Now, does this mean Miles, Sawyer and Kate timetravel to present and Jack and Hurley stay in 77'? Sounds like that may be the case. This may be how they get Sawyer and Kate back together. I may have missed some spoilers but these are the ones i have seen. what do you think? I have a theory on the Main Forum "Hurley stays in 77'" that I posted before I saw these spoilers.

There's no reason to suspect that Jack and Hurley's encounters with the temple guard (they aren't pirates) won't take place in 2007.

they could all be 30 years older from 1977.

Finally! Thank you! Most people still think they're in 1977, even though there's more evidence that points out they meet The Temple's Guardians in 2007. Richard's absence in the recent of the beach set won't make sense if he's at The Temple in 1977, but since last we heard he was reported to be there, there's more reason to think it's in 2007.

Yea the spoilers about the Temple include all the 77ers plus Claire and Richard and such. They're all in 2007.

It just looks like Miles gets to the main group faster than the others.

Much like when they flashed off of 316, those in 1977 who travel to 2007 will more than likely arrive at diffferent locations on the island, purely for storytelling purposes.

This idea has been foiler fodder since season five. I really doubt they are going to spend the majority of the final season showing us the adventures of seventy year old Jack.

Well if Jacob makes him ageless in 77 it won't be so different.

Maybe agelessness is death and Richard was revealing something about himself when he said he saw them all die.

Thats an interesting point and it gave me another possible theory about Smoky and Flocke. Maybe Smokey ISNT just Mr. X, Smoky clearly manifests himself as different apparitions of the dead. However what if Smoky is a collective. He can manifest himself as how many people he chooses. Mr. X just being the leader of this collective and Jacob being a rogue figure. It could explain the agelessness and it could explain why Lockes destiny was to die bringing about the better goodwill of the Island. Maybe all the losties in '77 die when the bomb detonates and then become part of the collective appearing ageless. Maybe theyre still on the island in the present at the Temple and have been there for a very long time building trust with the Others. Maybe Jack has worked his way up the food chain and become leader of the Temple others and now goes by another name...

Just food for thought, there's plenty of holes in this theory like why Richard wouldn't have recognized Flocke from the get go and allowed him to see Jacob and why Richard got his ass kicked in the leaked scene from 6.1.

I just got the idea after reading your post. Just thought it sounded cool. Wouldn't it be one of the biggest AHA moments in Lost history if in 6.1 Locke and company travel to the Temple others only to find Jack in charge, thus bringing back the power struggle between Locke and Jack thats been dominant the whole show? I think it would be ingenious if there weren't so many holes in the concept. What do you think, am I on to something?

There is a spoiler that Hurley and Jack meet Jacob in a tent and at the temple. Now if this is true it could not be present day because Jacob is dead. I really like the idea that Jack and Hurley stay in 77' without aging. Maybe that was their destiny and Jack is the leader and has been in charge the whole time. Maybe "Jacob" was just someone for Jack to hide behind. Just thinking out loud. I've always wondered why the heck Jacob has been in hiding all this time, something doesn't fit.
