I know that Rachael Blake was at the July 2006 Comic Con, but is there a time line posted somewhere? Or do you have an idea of when she started to investigate, and approximately when it ended?

In direct relation to your question, the earliest reference in the game of Rachel's actual investigations chronologically is the OpenersHep conversation, dated March 2006.

The "end" of Rachel's investigations and of the Lost Experience was on September 24th with the DJ Dan live broadcast (as stated in the ABC press release). However, thehansfoundation.org website changed on September 26th and is seen as the unofficial end date.
