Me too! I hope we get a chance to meet him live. What night are you going? Rick and I are going Good Friday

You do have to admit that he does look very tired.

Of course they would have PS the crap out of the loreal advert, but he still looked a lot better on Lost.
But I guess it must be nice for him to just let himself go and do what he wants instead of having to make himself look like his role.

He's going to look different now anyway, its like 7 years later from when Lost would have started filming plus he probably wore make up for it.

I'm going on March 26th i can't wait! im definately going to try to, sneak around to the stage door or something
    haha

Well warn him that someone is coming all the way from the South Pacific to see him and is expecting at least an autograph!

As for his appearance, if I'd looked like him at 44 I would have been rapt!

That's what I said. He had to mould his appearance around that role.

Hey, I'm not knocking him. I think when he looks good, he looks good. But I do agree that he looks tired and run down at the moment.

Well the play opens tonight so I imagine he has been doing all hours and I know he is stressing a bit because it such a new experience for him, one he relishes but is demanding nonetheless.

The important thing is we all still love our "Jack"

He gave an interview in an Irish morning paper today, Metro Herald. Here's a link to the online version (you have to put in an email address to see it). He's on page 16/17.

Thanks LH. That was really interesting. He watched the 5 seasons of "The Wire" in a month??!! I'm gonna watch it now!
Interesting comments he made on sibling rivalry too both in regards to his own children and his relationships with this brothers..especially in light of the theme of the play.

I really didnt like the interview that much, didnt like it when he got all defensive about the actor jokes from scouse - it was a joke lol

Interesting to hear of his childhood though
That wasn't any act of God. That was an act of pure human fuckery.
