New VideoGame make over

I want a new lost game, but I dont know how it would work.

can there be a video game based on LOST that isnt a failure?
what would it be like?

A good Lost game? It would be like BioShock. It would put you in the middle of the experience, twisting and turning your own expectations against yourself. It would be a thrill for all the senses, not simply running around doing puzzle games.

I don't know if there's a need for a Lost game, strictly speaking. I'm not sure what they could accomplish with it.

would be pretty awesome to have a first person shooter set on the island where you run round killing others or losties or something then at the end you do in either MiB or Jacob. bonus level: you play the smoke monster and just wreak havoc on everything.

^lol, I posted on a Facebook status a few days back stating that they should take the Island model in Just Cause 2, then set the main character as Keamy and have you parachute down and just start poppin' caps in the Others. EPIC.

I think it will happen. But it's going to be a while.

And I think it should be similar to Oblivion/Fallout 3.

to make it work,we really need to see the ending of season 6 first.Otherwise your character could be a child coming to the dharma folks in 1977.thru the game (which I'm imagening like a MassEffect rpg) you grow,get stronger and the game makes you choose sides between the dharma and the others(even a few times during the game).To expand the experience you might have to make that conflict a bit more like a real war(not like the show).Shooter type missions and finding stuff with cgi cutscenes(like Mass Effect). And you also travel thru time "by accident" to get to more interesting levels (even a off island mission or two).During this whole experience its like a normal rpg,get guns,build stuff you could sell,get experience,get stronger,buy new clothes and "shields" etc etc.However the island would have to be build like a huge GTA 4 kinda place where everything is placed out true to the show and some areas (jungle etc) would have dangerous animals and enemies,and it would also be really huge so you won't find your way unless you hav e a compass or something.The Island really need to be made beautiful also so you can go around just enjoying it..Not like the last one,alright? And if you move back and forth in time (+ off island missions)there really is no limit in what you could do here.I know I would buy it.I would prefer to have lindelöf & cuse producing it ...or JJ if he has time.And I want 50% for the idea as well

EDIT:then you could have dlc as new clothes,buildings for your expansion of building dharmaville or whatever AND most important...new groups of people coming to the island to take it over that you had to find and kill.

I think a LOST Lego game like the other ones that have been out (star wars, batman) would work well. There's enough characters and enough locations that playing through the seasons would lend itself well to that type of lite hearted gameplay.

I did not play 'Lost: Via Domus' even though I own it but I think a really good 'Lost' videogame would follow the Myst model, with puzzles throughout the island. However, a little more in-game guidance would be great. I nearly through my shoe through my laptop when trying to play Riven.

You get to choose which group to belong to and then you try to infiltrate the other group and sabotage/defeat them.
