MiB is Genie, island is a cork

I was watching new episode, and when flocke told to sayid, that he can have whatever he wants, i thought wtf, you are genie or what if you saying this. Then i looked in to wikipedia, and guess what ive found.

Locke's dad is not Richard Alpert, the guy on the island. He was just at the hospital... why...i'm not too sure. Anthony Cooper (who also uses alias) is Locke's father.

And I think you can age on the island, since Aaron, Claire's son, doesn't exactly look like a tiny newborn anymore. He's definitely looks more like a 3 month old, since thats about the age he is now.

Plus, Ben has aged while living on the island. He moved onto the Island with his dad. Thanks johncondo47 forgot about that one. =) Also, Ben's dad was offered a position to work for the Dharma Initiative by Horrace.

what if MIB does follow through with his promise to Sayid and somehow sends him/his consciousness to the ALT reality so he can be with Nadia. Or maybe he steals Nadia out of the ALT reality and brings her here. I wonder if MIB/Jacob are conscious of the ALT...

Dude, I was gonna say the exact same thing!

Genie is trapped. MIB is trapped.

Genie grants wishes. MIB grants wishes.

Genie comes out as a pillar of smoke. MIB comes out as a pillar of smoke.

There's history and legend behind this too -- I don't think MIB is the archetype of a genie -- I think MIB is LITERALLY a genie.
