    In a word: Yes!

Yes, she only just got kicked out of the Others, but you have to remember - she was never an Other because she wanted to be one. Unlike Ben, Ethan, etc. They wanted to be Others, Juliet didn't. She was being kept there by Ben, pretty much like all the other prisoners, and wanted to leave desperately. So she was never truly an Other at heart, just in function. They weren't "her" people as Locke called them.

The Ankh symbolizes life, or eternal life, or life in the underworld. So it may be some Egyptian/Other ritual. Maybe Paul's going to be resurrected at the temple.

And the Others didn't take any other bodies in payment, just left the Losties etc. to bury their own. So maybe Amy is a plant.

The Others infiltrated the Losties. Maybe they wanted Amy to get involved with the leader of the DI. (Horace had another woman with him in Portland when they found Ben, Roger, and dying Emily)

Just rewatched this classic! The ankh necklace was also the source of the argument between he and Amy leading to Horace's drunk dynamite tree-blowing-up night. Wonder if there is indeed some more significance to Paul's death and the Others' desire to have some sort of payment. Ethan is an Other, which begs the question why? Something is up, and hopefully this little tidbit is enveloped as part of the bigger picture as the series winds down.

Unfortunately I seriously doubt we're going to get an answer on this, unless there's some passing reference to the connections between Dharma and the Others. Maybe they'll surprise me, though.
So did Jacob tell Richard that the island is...Tinkerbell???

I love this epi mainly b/c of Sawyer! I love this Sawyer & when he's w/Juliet. I also love Richard walking into DI grounds & the conversation w/Sawyer. It was sad knowing Kate will get between Sawyer & Julie, then her dying.
Interesting idea from a pp about the "earthquake" that happened when John turned the wheel could have caused the tsunami that brought Black Rock/Richard to the island. We don't know the date of when they were, except the statue was still whole. So that would mean the Black Rock hadn't come yet.

I was not a big fan of Sawyer in the earlier seasons b/c I'm not into that type of "bad guy" personality. I would stay far away from anyone who lies, cons, & is mean to people. I started to like Sawyer more during season 4 when he was looking out for Claire & Hurley. Now I love the season 5 Sawyer. You can count on him & he's such a good guy now. As much as I wanted Jack & them to come back to the island, I didn't want Sawyer to change back to his previous attitude. He does though & then Juliet dies.
