i dont think the dead body is locke. i think that when somebody dies on the island and the island decides to bring them back, like in the case of young ben. something changes inside of them, like they are possesed with the spirit of an egyptian pharoah that shares their body. this could be why all of the people who are brought back hold leadership positions among the others.

Personally, based on who we've seen actually die in the seventies since season five started, and the fact that the promo shows Miles working on this "project" for Chang, I think it's going to be the guy who died drilling into the exotic matter at the very beginning of "Because You Left".
