k, I think I see it from your point of view now. That group last year was well... 4 parts boring and annoying, one part Phil Sheppard. I know a lot of people can't stand that guy, but he did bring a needed comedy to that season for me. Only people that occasionally did that otherwise were like um, Steve and David, but that was mostly when they were fighting with Shep anyway.

Next week looks good, seems like John is trying to get Ozzy out. I bet Whitney or Keith blab about the idol. hope neither Ozzy or John get voted off though, I like both of them
A lot of people say Ozzy doesn't have a good social game but I think his social game is great, it's his strategic game he needs to work on. He shouldn't have told Keith about the idol.
I thought last episode was good. Semhar's poem was insane lol. And as crazy as Brandon is, he's entertaining. I really felt bad for Mikayla though

The preview for this episode was better than the actual thing. I liked the immunity competition, but the interesting stuff in Ozzy's tribe amounted to nothing and it was basically another "Brandon comes totally unhinged yet isn't voted out" week.

Okay, so who is that guy sitting on the end at tribal counsel in the checkered shirt? Rick, I think Jeff called him? He's like not said a word on camera until last night AT ALL, has he? What the heck? That was so weird. He's either mastering under the radar or there's something really wrong with him that the producers don't want on camera.
I can't stand the episodes like this where they show someone struggling to play the social game and then behind their back they show how other characters are making fun of them because they are annoyed.
Agreed that the preview was better.

That was a really gross challenge. And they're insane eating that. Savaii said they all have cuts...I'm sure they were checked for any diseases passed by blood before they were put on the show...but still. Just the spit alone would put me off (if i weren't vegetarian). And how did no one but Cochran think of cold sores? I would have thought everyone would be thinking of that.
As gross as it was, it was funny. They looked like savages. The look on Ozzy's face when he picked the whole thing up and then was told he had to drop it was hilarious. He looked like a wild animal.
If Miki hadn't picked up that meat that Brandon dropped and left, Savaii could have won! I can't believe there was only a 2 ounce difference.
The blindside was cool...glad Cochran didn't get voted off, but I am sad for Ozzy. I like him.

I'm not going to be hungry any time soon. That was way over-the-top.
Don't really understand why people became so unsettled by Cochran's herpes comment. They were acting as if Cochran was single-handedly willing the herpes into existence simply by mentioning it. Yeah, he probably shouldn't have said that out loud, but it's as if the thought hadn't even crossed the others' minds.
I kind of hate Ozzy now. Cochran was right-on about his arrogance. Very glad the other half of the tribe pulled off the Elyse ouster. Not really sure what Keith and Whitney's throwaway vote strategy actually accomplished. Ozzy's still gonna be just as pissed at them.
Albert finally got some serious screen-time, or at least enough screen-time to establish that he is a complete dumbass. He straight-up gave an immunity idol to Coach.

Did anyone see the mysterious guy at all this time??
I did not watch the pig frenzy and I actually had to turn the sound down. (My kids were watching)
Half way through it I jokingly said wouldn't it be ironic if their reward was having to eat that now? And then it was part of the reward. Ick. It does put things in perspective of how hungry they might be to even consider eating meat that has been in the mouths of other people. Ick.
The Cochrin comment was completely too much too late. He should have said it BEFORE the challenge, to the producers and they should have had a protest sit down against any challenge requiring the equivalent of swapping spit with everyone on your team. You don't know where those people have been! This is why I'll never be on Survivor - I'd never last. I'd be worse than Cochrin. haha!
To comment on it AFTER the fact just served to make everyone freak out about something they had no control over anymore. It'd be like laying down in the shelter at night and saying, "You should have seen the size of the spider I saw in here this morning... tried to kill it but it got away. Crazy red spots and huge eyes... thing creeped me out."
He's right and I love the guy and would totally want him as a friend over almost anyone else that's been on the show because he's that funny and interesting to me - but he processes too much out loud. I process things in much the same way, so I get it, but I've also learned, most people do not and don't want to hear it.
Ozzy is boring to me. He doesn't have enough going on to be enough to keep him in the game, not against the players he has who are seeing through his 'I've been here before I know what I'm doing" BS. He doesn't. He's got some experience, but he's not that bright. Not that he doesn't have OTHER great skills... just the mind game is not his thing.
