Alex is back????? *Swoons* I cant wait for the start of season six. the anti alt. reality/reset people (me included) are going to be freaking out. I might be anti alt./reset, but I have faith that the writer's know what they are doing. They have said that they always had "A" and "Z" figured out since the show was conceived. It was what was in between "A and Z" that was thought of during the show. This is the ending that they always planned for, so I want to trust them, and their vision for the show. Will I be satisfied/happy with the result? Idk yet, but that really doesn't matter, imo.

Why would Alex be in a high school off the island? Mabye their trying to get everyone to the island, include Dr. Arzt! Far'fetced, but the only idea I can draw from this.

I hope it's just a short term, Desmond style alternative reality story though. While multiverse theory etc. is fascinating, and I've no doubt they'd like to touch on it...it's largely redundant in storytelling. By that I mean, if we're showing a different reality, there is no story, no answers, because everything and anything you can imagine also happens in another reality. It becomes pointless.

Therefore: Ben doesn't became an Other nor a leader, but just leaves the Island (and his abusive father) and becomes a teacher on the mainland. I don't like it a bit. What are they trying to say? That all Ben's diabolical alphamaleness, all his mesmerizing genius for manipulation, only came from the Temple?? Without it, he would have been just an anonymous teacher? Come on!!
