Default New set report- "The Substitute"

I was planning on going to just to check out the beach set and to my surprise they were filming! The scene they were filming was of Sun, Frank, and Ilana and Ben walking on the beach. But Ilana and Ben were carrying back Locke's body on the stick wrap thing. (Don't know how to describe it) The only pictures I got were of all of their stand-ins doing the scene and I was only there for an hour.

Also they built up the Losties weathered camp seen in the finale. I think its the same, but I didn't watch the finale and check. They all were in the same clothes so I'm guessing this is a continuation of the nice long walk they took to the four-toed statue. They were probably walking over to it and were walking right in front of Eko's church and next to that is the camp site.

I just read on IMDB that Rob McElhenney is coming back for this episode. Is that confirmed, or is someone guessing?

bringing back Aldo??

Must be because It's Always Sunny has blown up, and Aldo was never mentioned as killed... gee why not?

lostpedia states that the producers mentioned that Aldo and number of other Others were killed, but doesn't say how they were killed...

As in got popular or went down the pan?

I love that show but the 5th Season isn't great

Well the whole Nightman Musical thing broke it out from the cult thing for a little bit. So far I'm liking season 5.

seems like they are all pretty much the same character now though. Watch an S5 ep then watch one from the 1st or 2nd season and compare.

I'm still watching the new eps every week but it's lost some of it's charm a bit.

Yea I agree the stories had gotten a bit too crazy at times, and the beginning of the show was better. I liked the episodes that were more bar-centric, so to speak. But it's still funny... just darker and a little more absurd.
