That is all kinds of awesomeness! Will you be watching it with her?? I am wishing my son was older so I could watch it with him. It's just too intense. He heard 'polar bears' and 'time travel' and he was sold. haha!

Your last point reminded me of my own explanations which explains the young Jacobs and doesn't work with the time traveling ideal. I'll sleep on it. Maybe something will come to me to combine the two ideas. I just really like it... Jacob does everything he has to do, and then goes to die. so beautiful.

Hey! Can I use your Jacob time traveled to the Last Supper idea? I'm already writing a lot of time traveling in my Lost from Jacob's POV fan fiction, but I hadn't thought of that, and it's amazingly cool...

I guess MIB's angry soul was separated from his body and became the smoke monster. Sort of like a ghost with superpowers. That's how I interpreted it, anyway.
