With the spoiler out that Illana is Jacob's daughter I was wondering about the importance of Sarah to the show. Remember when ceaaar wakes her up after the crash in Namesta she says "sarah". What do u guys think. The name Sarah continues to come up. The whispers, Christian and Ana Lucia, Jacks ex and maybe Jack's babys mama. This just makes Sarah all the more important to Lost. Any ideas on this. Do we know if Sarah's portrayer, who is now on Modern Family, in Season six. It could be that we don't have to see her for her to be important. Any ideas?

Umm... she didn't say "Sarah", she said "Jarrah" as in Sayid Jarrah.

Maybe there is a Sarah Jarrah. Sayids Mom? Jacobs ex wife? Illanas Mom? If Illana and Sayid were siblings that would be weird that they almost had sex.

When this came out a while back, I made note that one of the (few) benefits of having a hearing problem isthat it forces you to use the subtitling option.

Illana said "Jarrah?" when she woke up after the Ajira crash.

I find it highly doubtful such a hardcore Iraqi family back in the day would name a woman Sarah. The parents would probably be stoned for giving a 'Western name'.

I hate to be that guy, but “Sarah” isn’t a Western name; it’s Hebrew.

yeah I watched again, definitely Jarrah. That would have been cool though. I still think Sarah is important.
