Penny isn't really Desmond's girlfriend, he broke up with her for another girl named Penny and the Penny who hired the guys in the Listening Station is really stalking him.

It's an old one that got deleted way back when we took theories very seriously;

Everything in the Island is controlled by a Pink Bunny that orbits earth in its spaceship.

There was even an image associated with it, I sorely miss that theory and I want it back so badly, but it's lost somewhere in the history of the first theiries entry, before it was split.

The Polar Bear on the island used to be the Coca-Cola model but then was fired, got drunk, and then fell on an iceberg and floated all the way to the island, then Dharma began experimenting on his ability to drink soda, which went wrong when they gave him Surge and he went beserk and started eating everyone's limbs.

If the Losties try to get off the island again they are going to run into a wall and a door that simply says "exit"

The discharge was really those aliens from the movie Cocoon who are luminous naturally.

Locke's lack of faith leads him to become an alchoholic, so he joins the siland chapter of the AA.

The energizer bunny is Him.

The Polar Bear was an Other in disguise. Oops, Sawyer...

They are really inside a Snowglobe, for sale on a cheap street store in Mexico.

The Numbers are magical and if any lostie taps his shoes three times and speaks the Numbers they'll go home.

Rousseau is actually the mother of every Lostie, they had the disease and the fever made them forget who they were while they were enacting a remake of that movie where those people crash in the snowy mountains.

The listening station was ironically trying to find a crashed plane in the snowy mountains.

The pressing of the button was to send a discharge to slow down this energizer bunny who keeps running in circles somewhere deep in the island creating a ton of electromagnetism.

The last discharge sent the island and the plane to another planet. They're not on earth.

They're in the Twilight Zone. The Lost series is just a means of revival of the Twilight Zone series.

The discharge was Charlie flushing a toilet at the Swan.

My theory is that Lost is not real, it's a tv show.
