The cities served in the press release correspond to where several main characters come from, naturally... Probably just a teaser regarding Lost returning soon.
Called the number and got a recorded message from Georgia saying to visit: flyoceanicair.com starting Dec 31st....

Interesting. When I first read this title I figured it was some noob talking about the website from season one. I heard the wasn't going to be another Lost Experience but I'm guess this will some how be more directly tied to season 4.

ABC is really starting to pour it all on to promote the new season. The theater trailers, the tv trailers, the mobisodes, the Lost in 8:15 trailer, and now this news. It'll be interesting to see whether it is the start of something and what it means to us.

This isn't canonically accurate... as Jack flew on Oceanic around July of this year... if not earlier. *shot*

The "LOST in Eight Minutes, Fifteen Seconds Video" says that the flash-forward takes place at an "unspecified" time in the future. Therefore, our presumption that it took place in July or at any other time, is possibly wrong.

Well according to the clipping it says July... unless Jack was looking at an old clipping... which is possible... if not a stretch.
