Yeah, he's very down to earth in RL, very friendly. He respects his fans and doesn't take us for granted at all.
so TOQ is really like that in real life? thats very cool.
The beach camp and all of those 'sets', well all beaches are public in Hawaii, and by law they can't tell you that you can't be there. They do have it fenced off and the (HUGE) lot butts up against the beach, so we just stood on the outskirts and could see a lot. Plus, the crew is very cool, down to earth and very good with fans. TOQ was the best too, he came out twice to greet us. You can read about it in my blog if you're interested.

I *think* that pic with me and Des/Locke is in tonight's episode. Well not the pic obviously, but whatever scene they filmed. Either tonight or next week's. I know for sure some of what I saw being filmed in Hawaii is in tonight's episode though. I'm very excited.
