Chapter 2 CLue Hunt Help Needed

I have clicked the first 3 clues and I know what the 4th is, but it wont let me click it. I checked the progress and it shows the first three clues are done. What am I doing wrong. There is also a weird glitch, that once I click a clue, I can't scroll left or right anymore. Thanks for the help.

If I remember correctly you need to click on a notepad that will allow you to open another page and solve a little puzzle and then you have all the clues.
