I have way too much free time right now, I can't hold out on watching more episodes. I tried to slow myself down by using the bonus commentary on the DVD, which meant watching 3 of the episodes all over again. But I've already gone ahead one episode and I feel like watching more today.

But at the same time I know the sooner I finish the bigger gap until S6.

I know how you feel!!! I tried to tempt by boyfriend last night (in watching another episode of lost outside of the schedule). He told me off and reminded me I wanted to keep in sync with you guys or Ill have to wait longer til s6! Its winter in Oz. Not much too do other than sit on the couch watching telly at night.. hehe. Do the commentaries tell you much? Maybe I could rewatch with them.

Yeah I'm trying to resist because I do benefit by discussing with everyone in the forums. Some of these episodes aren't a "re"watch for me because I skipped certain episodes when I was trying to catch up to Season 5 (yeah I was a late starter). So I don't want to get too far ahead.

One of these days I'll get a life. 8-)

After I finished up this week's episodes, I watched the mobisodes and deleted scenes related to them...and wrote about them too...and I went back and edited blog entries I did on the first three episodes to be more in line with the style I've settled on...so yeah.

It's too slow for me as well. I like to watch an episode in the morning before going to work and another one at night before bed. That will take around 2 months instead of the 8 months this rewatch will take. I do understand the reason for spreading it out over the whole hiatus, not to mention the season 5 DVD isn't out until the end of the year. The difficult thing is you can never keep everyone happy with this sort of schedule and less is probably more in this case.

Still, looking forward to commenting on the older episodes as im getting a bit sick of all the season 5 talk and i will no doubt do another rewatch in the fall.

You do realize you're not required to follow the exact schedule that LP is doing, right?

You can watch however you want to.

Personally, I've been watching the reruns on Sci-Fi the last few months and that's up to mid season 3 now.

But I'm still reading through all the rewatch threads and commenting on some of the stuff.

I have the same problem really, but I've resisted so much and I'm already glad I've managed to keep the pace, I watch an episode, read the blog and the thread and add my thoughts about it, it's a great system.

Plus I know any added time without Lost is going to be hard, spreading it out like this, like you said, means less time without Lost.

I tried for a few days, but sigh....I'm already up to Raised by Another (and I watched both Pilot episodes twice). I am such a loser.
