Have you signed up for Lost University? Then you take the placement test and then will see a forums tab on the top. There people are making up threads on just about everything.

Edit-
It may be that TPTB are hearing/have anticipated that those without Blu-ray bdlive were going to be upset when they realized that having them was the requirement for accessing the LU courses. So looks like there will be other interactive instruction- this from LU News:

September 22, 2009
Department of Media Studies and Online Education to Open Tutoring Center
Can’t wait for the full-LOST University experience on LOST: The Complete Fifth Season Blu-ray? You’re in luck! The Department Of Media Studies and Online Education is happy to announce the LOST University Tutoring Center, here at lostuniversity.org. These interactive seminars will explore various topics to help provide a better understanding of the elements that make up LOST. Tutoring sessions will be available to all who enroll in late October. Check back for additional updates.

Has anyone been able to translate the symbols from when the counter on LU's page reset?

M8:G1:Y1(Sideways?):N35:M17:S29:A26:Z7

I can't get it to translate, but N35:M17:S29:A26 means "summon" and has been used before.

A little help, please?

All I could come up with is that since the figures are facing left, it should be read from left to right, and that the last (z7) symbol looks like the number glyph for 100.
