Edit-Today Lost Args has the letter first buyer got- clue phrase is "we had a ball"- so that sounds good. Apparently they do have some daytime hours- opening at 11 am.

Think for sure this is at Spin. Here is poster that Zort at Args found with letters that clue came from looks like:

hmmm i really doubt i could get there right at 6pm guys, and i don't twitter anyway so i won't be "first" but i will try to stop by in case there's a give-away. "look closely" says no to me, that the url will just be hidden somewhere.

Thinking maybe the "look closely" means look at the guy with the laptop. Maybe some kind of internet stream we can watch?

Or maybe as someone at ARGS said- maybe written on the balls- like the small writing on the clue.
