admin, my friend also runs a vbulletin board, and he had the EXACT same problem when setting it up. i'll have an ask and see what he did to fix it...

I've always liked the invision free forums, thought they worked well & had a great setup... Has anyone else dealt with that server?

yeah, my forum home is essentially an electronic music board based on IPB.

vbulletin has really grown on me the last month or so though cos i've been using it a lot. loadsa features.

yeah vbulletin is a really good setup, and really user friendly in my opinion, good choice.
