Whats the deal man??? Ok there's a band named Cru Jones(after the most awesome bmx bike guy from the movie RAD circa 1986) There's a band called "Ender's Game"(after the most awesome orson scott card book), and a band named Casey Jones(after the most awesome hockey masked, croquet bat wielding vigilante) Are all the good band names gone? I swear, "Monster Ate The Pilot, or Smokie Ate The Pilot" will be my band. All the good names are taken.

i swear, there will come a day when I ask you guys(all american bound members) to see my band, and one of those 3 names will be ours. I hope.

I often think the same thing.

Especially when I hear of a band called
Margot & the Nuclear So and So's (http://www.margotandthenuclearsoandsos.com/). :rolleyes:

My friends and I once thought of using Suicidal Squirrels. Ah. What could have been. I think Smokie Ate the Pilot is a damn good name personally.

That's my favorite book too frecks! But no, the band's not that good, you can find them on Myspace, kinds of shitty metal.

Which reminds *me*, I've never heard them but the band "Galaga" had BETTER be good, or I'm taking away their name. =8^)

i was/am in a band called "the academy of truth". i know, not another one of those dumb bands with "academy" in their name. i didn't pick it. me and the bass player (lost fan as well) had like 15 lost themed names, but i forgot most of them. i play drums by the way.
