Hmm... It seems it'll be a Jack episode, then. Or will it be a Locke episode?

Well judging by the last minutes of season 4, where they show John Locke in the casket and how Jack explained to Ben that John told him that after he left the island "some very bad things happened" and that it was Jack's fault for leaving, I believe the first episode is going to show what happened on that island and how John ended up dead in the casket.


Side Track... You notice how Jacks father has been popping up a lot recently? Some in dreams and visions, but sometimes in a very real way? (taking Claire from the jungle, also in the cabin...) And remember how Jack found his casket at the caves, but when he opened it no one was in it? Ben said that everyone had to go back to the island, then said even dead John was going to have to go. I think the island somehow brings him back to life.
Just a thought/guess...

Not back to life. Christian is dead. but maybe he will Christian esque, i'm working on a theory for it.

It just seems a bit strange that he won't be the first dead body to 'be drawn' to the island. Somethings fishy but what, I just don't know...To much to process... Arhhh my brains scrambled... I'll end up like Hurley in the mental hospital by time Season 5 starts!

Uhhh... how Locke ended up in the coffin and explaining all of the bad things that happened will not be the first episode. That is a season-long kind of thing.

Also my theory for the dead bodies is that Jacob inhabits them and uses them for whatever's cool with him. himynameisboone: He was on the plane, then Jacob got all up inside of him and walked away. My theory might not be exactly correct, but I do think it's generally accepted that he was on the plane.
