I don't think it's likely to be Widmore. Now the O6 are off the island, they're not in his way, and from what we've seen he's just as interested in keeping the island a secret as Ben. I was thinking it might be the Economist (if he is a new character, and not Widmore), because of the whole 'air of mystery' thing.

I think it was Abadon.
He's interested in the people on the island, and has a hunch that the 06 were lying (asking hurley if they're still alive)
I dont know who he was working for, but he definatly knew Claire was pregnant and on that plane.

yeah, i can see that, espically because we know nothing about him other then that he was talking to hurley. i don't think its widmore, because that is almost to obveous.

i serously can't wait for this season.

Well dont forget, he also got a hell of a lot of people on the island.
He obviously thought/knew certain people had to be there.

First off we saw him getting Lapidus, Faraday, Miles and Charlotte on there.
He defended his decision for putting them on the island even after Naomi specifically said they were the wrong people for the job.

Then theres Locke, we know Abbadon convinced him to go on the walkabout. To go to australia, and then 815.

Did he know Locke would later crash on the island? Who else did he try to get there?

Yep, that's what I was thinking it was: a way for Ben to blackmail Kate into joining them. Even if he doesn't say it was him, he can simply tell her that she can't run with a young child, she's too recognizable, etc. in order to get her to GO BACK!

But, I really hope that those men at the door were really not from the law firm of Scalia & Thomas (sorry, couldn't remember the actual firm name), but were there to put her back on the run. That goes for whether it was Ben, Widmore or someone else. If it was someone other than Ben, it could raise an interesting possibility: if she were to be caught out of state, she would be in violation of her parole and could potentially go back to prison or be ordered under house arrest, thus making it near impossible for her to go back.

My first thought was Claire's mum as I've always had a hunch she'd work it out. I'd like to know if the O6 documentary on the S4 DVD bonus features is cannon, as that suggests people have made the connection that the baby is Claire's.

My second thought was Ben as, as people have pointed out, he said he'd help Jack get Kate back to the island, and it seems like a Ben-esque thing to do.

The guy behind the lawyer looks like an older version of Thomas (Keir O'Donnell), Claire's boyfriend and Aaron's father. Recent pictures of the actor show him with hair parted in the center.

He could have been told that Aaron was his (by Ben possibly) to light a fire under her to run. Jack will advise her to go back to the Island (possibly) with him to protect Aaron..
