who can say? The thing that kills me is that they have so much background to work with. There seems an infinite amount of possibilities, so to speak.

I'm not too interested in Kate, but that was okay. My first thought was that it was Thomas.

Back in season 2, I predicted that there would be scores of people posting in season 6 that their predictions were right. I also predicted they would annoy everyone else by doing so.

Nah. I really don't see Thomas being a key player. He wasn't especially ominous or scheming or interesting. And we haven't even seen him since season one. He was just a plot device. And a stupid jerk.

I agree with booradley. Why should Thomas have developed an interest for the child? He left Claire alone when she was pregnant because he is a coward!

I still stick with Ben as the client, but I see a possibility in Abaddon or Claire's mom.

Yeah, no way was it Thomas.

My first thought was Widmore...or maybe even Sun, since she seems to be developing uber-villian qualities.

Well thats frustratingly annoying...
Surely when you take a court order out on someone, you cannot do it anonymously... Surely... Is America's legal system that strange, that you can anonymously try and take someones blood?!?!

Wheres the shark? I can feel a jump coming on!

That's why I think it's Widmore trying to flush the truth out of them and not the result of a real lawsuit.

To clarify, my first impression was that it was Thomas. After thinking about it, I don't see why he'd have any motivation to be involved in Aaron's life again unless it was for the settlement money. And, lets face it, it would be lame writing to get him back into the storyline. Widmore makes the most sense.
