It is full of spoilers for season 5 and many of the things mentioned has come true already so I think it is pretty good.

A few things that interested me is that Libby was part of the Dharma and we will see her this season. I started to think she might be paper bag lady but then again she is not credited as part of the cast for the episode so I don't know

And the fact of Ben getting trapped by Rousseau's trap was an accident and that we will see how that happens :P Maybe it was the "present/future" Ben that gets caught in the trap?

Miles - What is this thing he wants to find on the island?

Penny - okay so they might have killed her off after all...

sorry I'm new to lost. Just watched seasons 1-4 a week before season 5 aired. so umm all this information had already been discussed?

I know. I'm not saying it's all true I'm just saying it's believable a lot of the stuff he mentioned had already happened and therefore were true.

I do like the idea of season 5 Ben getting trapped in the net and taken to the hatch. But that wouldn't actually work because he still has the wounds from Sayid's beating in the beginning of season 3 and our eyes are never really off of him after that.

I want my 2:51 back! I WANT IT BACCCCCKKKKKKK!!!!!!!

The whole why Ben got caught in Russouea's trap, what happened with ben and Henry Gale, 4 toed statue, Russouea's back story, Libby's backstory were all things the writers/creators said they wanted to do for S4 but couldn't obviously. The Libby part I'm hopeful for BUT doubt since one of the producers said her story is done with unless they're liars like Ben.
