I'm glad she didn't get shot, probably only one of the few. When I heard that gunshot, I was sure it was her, but glad to see Sayid.

John Locke's smile is creepy.

I do think that if Locke is trying to kill him, it's because Jacob wants to die...or needs to in order to live again, or something like that.... it's not like 'Locke wanting to conquer all' kill Jacob..


I was hoping Juliet and Sawyer would truly be off the island for good..but now that Kates on it, something tells me otherwise..

Jacob is being held prisoner by Richard/Ben..."killing him" will set him free.

If John is an allegory for Christ, Richard and Ben, or at least Richard, is an allegory for the Catholic Church.

By dropping hints during the episode about the island telling him things (i.e. when to find himself shot in the leg), we can assume that the island is instructing him to kill Jacob. Locke hasn't had this sudden change in demeanor by accident. Feeling pretty confident that we will see Jacob in the finale.
